Our group’s research interests are focused on the engineering of dispersed nanomaterials. Novel nanomaterials such as carbon nanotubes, inorganic nanorods, and graphene exhibit outstanding electrical, mechanical, and thermal properties. These nanomaterials hold great potential as the basis for a variety of high-performance industrial applications. Our work focuses on the science and engineering behind the dispersion of nanomaterials, their dynamics and phase behavior in solution, and their processing into novel devices and materials.
